• Use automated scripts, scraper bots, or bulk crawlers to interact with the API endpoints. We enforce this through Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection.

2. User Accounts (sYnID SSO)

Some of our applications require creating an account or logging in via our central single sign-on (SSO) service. If you register:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive activities.

3. AI Generative Services & Resource Usage

Our applications, including IllusYn and LLM Chat, harness Cloudflare Workers AI models. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated outputs (text, images, templates) are provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding their accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
• Outputs do not reflect our views or opinions.
• We reserve the right to establish usage limits (e.g. rate limits per IP/user) to prevent server resource depletion.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall christran.io, its owner, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use our websites and applications.
